Here is how this little slice of my website was made:

The site is powered by Hugo with a modified hugo-researcher theme ported from Jekyll researcher theme and hosted on GitHub. The icons are Font Awesome Icon and the font is Caladea in Google Fonts. Math writing is supported by KaTeX, and code syntax highlight is supported by Pygments in the style of tango. Red is #c02e2e, and Black is #222222.
